The longer you let this linger with him, the longer he will keep thinking you like him back. I know that you probably don't want to hear this, but after a "freind" makes this type of proclomation, it is extremely difficult to retain a freindship as this person will always want a shot with you. When you tell him you just want to be freinds, he will likely grab at straws and think that you are just playing hard to get. Its too bad you can't find something attractive about him in that way. The very best of relationships often times start out as friendships.

No... Try watching "When Harry met Sally"... As far as guys go, they'll never B just friends w/ a girl w/out an ulterior motive. Sorry.... And if ur not attracted 2 him, then no...

Go out with him have a good time just let him know you don't want anything serious. But who knows you may just change your mind by the time the night is over.

Have Fun

If you dont like him like that then dont go out with him. It will just not work and then it will cause pain 4 both of u. If he is really your friend he should not hold it against you. Trust me i have tried going out with a boy i was not attracted to b4 and it did not work out. He was my bestfriend too. It cause a lot of trouble. Dont go out with him....................he will understand im sure. Trust me it will all work out just say NO.

Just remind him that u like the bond that yall have together, and that u are afraid that if yall took it any further that yall wouldnt be that close anymore. Try to find him a GF..

Pity dates are more hurtful. Are you going to tell him, "I'm not attracted to you, but because I don't want to hurt your poor, fragile little feelings, I'll go out with you."?
Don't accept a date with a guy you're not interested it- you wouldn't like it if a guy who treated you like that, would you?

Tell him that you will go out with him as a friend but not anything more and see what he says.

Tell him how you feel. If you don't feel like you can be a relationship with him then tell him. If he was your true friend he would accept this. If he can't then get new friends cause if he truly liked you he would accept this.
