Some take place during the day, and some begin in the evening at around sunset. Jewish weddings usually do not take place on Fridays or Saturdays.
The length of a Jewish wedding varies; the ceremony itself takes about 30 minutes, and the reception is completely up to the couple...

I don't really think time matters, except that it can't take place on Shabbat (or certain dates on the Jewish calendar). So you can't really have a Jewish wedding on Friday night, or Saturday during the day. Our wedding was a Saturday night. Some rabbis require that three stars be visible in the sky, others are ok past sunset.

I've seen many Jewish ceremonies, other than (and) weddings. My wife has a Jewish background. All weddings are beautiful. Jewish. Christian. Muslim. Hindu. Buddhist.

Depends on who is having it, I guess, like any other wedding.. certain times of year are not a good choice, but time of day is not much of an issue.
