consider the quieter ones, the ones who seem to just want to make friends and be nice even when people make fun of him for it. those are the unsung heroes of this world they make the world a better place without much thought of a reward and they will be loyal in a relationship.

Common Sense has it exactly right. The fact that you're "having no luck" is probably due to pining over guys who aren't interested in you. The hottest guys are rarely the best catches; they revel in the effect that they have on women, and use that to get laid. Then they move on to other victims.
I'm not saying that you should try dating losers, but you shouldn't bother with men who don't offer what you want. If all you want is sex, alpha males are the way to go. But if you want an actual relationship, learn to appreciate guys who don't look and dress like Hollywood leading men. Average joes have a lot to offer if only you learn to appreciate it.

Agreed, just learn to make better choices. Bad boys and looks will not net you a good relationship.
