Sure he could! I'd love to have the man do the job. I think Jesus would actually be less likely to foist his view of morality on others except where such views cross over with EVERY philosophy (whether religious or not) and be more like what HE actually tried to teach people to be, gentle, kind, learn, accepting of those who are different, non-judgmental, and so forth.
