how do i decorate my science fair board???

the color of my board is red and the title board is red also...
what is a good combination that will go with red? and what color
should the border be? and what color printing paper should I use??

Gold looks very regal with red. Stay away from green... You could use yellow, also.

One thing to keep in mind is this: for complete color harmony, you should use 3 colors: 1 dominant, 1 medium and one accent.
