Will guest workers replace U.S. Citizens because they cost less to employ?

The democrats want to start a guest worker program. Will most employers prefer cheap foreign labor over American labor? Will this result in a two class society with citizens at the top and guest workers at the bottom like ancient Rome?

guest workers..the last time I checked the dictionary..guest were invited..illegals are not invited ..the last time I checked..as a matter of fact, lets just change all the names of all the crimes..rapists and molestors are now called : pleasure seekers, etc.

Let's call them for what they are: illegal immigrants. The whole idea of a so-called "guest worker" program is a sham upon the American people and the couch potatoes had better get up and scream their heads off or expect to lose their jobs. The illegals will destroy the job market and drive down wages, bankrupt millions of American citizens, and eventually ruin the American economy.

yes combine that with the out sourcing and more and more people will feel the crunch you can already see entire fields of work destroyed . AND TO LIGER don't kid your self if the guest worker thing goes through it wont just be lettuce pickers out of a job it will open a flood gate of new immigrants coming with degrees from other countries so all us lettuce pickers with no degree are going to have a good laugh on you then ,eh . its always the ones with the degrees who seem to be so slow on this. it doesn't take a degree to figure out GUEST WORKERS = AMNESTY ! i employee people & the guest workers can't be as dumb as most of the applicants that i talk to. how do people grow up & not know how to read a tape measure? if a mexican can't read one, show him & a couple of days later he can, not so with the bone heads from the USA i come across. there is a desire to produce with mexicans that is missing in a large contigency of the USA types. maybe more precisly a level of maturity. the mexicans will become citizens as the pandering politicians continue to amnesty them into the nation because they can't stand up to the situation & maybe when they vote they will vote for them, their logic is simple. so they won't replace the US citizens they will become US citizens. Obviously. I was watching a program on tv where alot of big companies who have their main plant in Ciudad de Juarez which is right on the border. Why? Because the Mexicans will work for them for four dollars a day.
