Well you never said what your doing wrong In the other situations. Apparently your a jerk or something, to the point where these girls are dumping you. You need learn how to talk to a girl, how to listen, how to understand when a girl Is having a bad day you need to be there for her. Compliment how she looks sometimes. Buy something out of the blue just to be nice. The things your doing now are not working as you can see so try something diffrent and maybe change your attitude about girls.

Well, first of all, it is all about you. If you are nice, funny, cute, and cool, she has to like you. You will be the first reason if she will dump you. First of all, make sure nothing that you do upsets her. If something does, tell her sorry and make up for it. YOU MUST NOT FIGHT! Then, if you are perfect, make sure that she is as well. If you want to have a girlfriend for a long time, forgive her. Do not get into a fight or get mad at her. If she does something you don't like, tell her that you don't like it or ignore it. Simply forget about it. You must not push her as well. Girls do not like being pushed around, forced to do something, or espacially get yelled at. Never raise your voice at her. Hope this helps!

You get dumped either because you havent met her expectations or because she is a butterfly, flitting from one to the other. Check out the latter trait by making friends with her and get to know her character well, over a period of time. As for the first cause, it is up to you!
