Te amo....but there is no such thing as "boo" in Spanish...

alternatives

Mi amor
Mi vida
Guapa

But be very careful ,because the word LOVE in English can be used for you car,house,dog,video-game,movie and just about anything ,in Spanish TE AMO refers to the highest form of love ,alternatives are TE QUIERO or ME GUSTAS MUCHO.

Good Luck and beware of the pranksters telling you to say that you like men!

Te amo boo.

If you are not "deeply" in love with that person you might want to say:

Te quiero boo,

which is just a lower level from amar. Spanish can be a little complicated sometimes, specially when there are different meanings to one word.
