This Guy asked me out 4 months ago. I turned him down immidiatly. But he hasn't left me alone. He wrote me a love letter that was almost a page long. He keeps emailing me saying "sorry" for staring at me all the time. He copied my schedule into his planner. He said multiple times (to my friends) that if I said i wanted him to die, he would kill himself. Needless to say, I didn't tell him to. He says that he has no reason to live anymore. He reapetedly talks about how he wanted us to 'be together'. I have been ignoring him for 3 months. I dont no what to do.

It sounds like he needs help, and you should keep your distance. The fact that he has mentioned suicide makes the situation dangerous for him, and possibly you.

The actions you need to take depend on your age. If you are over 18, call the police and a lawyer. If you are under 18 and still in high school, you should inform the school principal and your parents. Make sure that you mention the talk of suicide. That is what separates this from a simple infatuation and a possibly dangerous situation. If the principal doesn't take immediate action, then call the police and lawyer.

You may also want to go see a therapist, not because anything is wrong with you, but you probably could use someone to talk to about this.

Chances are the guy is totally harmless if you are young. It is very common for boys that age to have infatuations that they are emotionally unable to control. If you feel that you can talk to him, then you should talk to him first, but if you feel that you can't talk to him, then you should use the above methods I outlined above.

First off, don't call the cops. He hasn't done anything drastic enough for that. Just talk to him. Don't ignore him and think it's all just going to go away. Pull him aside after school one day and just tell him your not interested. Flat out. Don't worry about hurting his feelings because he has some bigger issues than that obviously. After that, if he doesn't stop or gets worse, talk to a parent or teacher. Good luck!

I'm guessing that this happens during school hours. Consult a guidance counselor or a vice principal, I'm sure they'll help you out. Talk to your parents about it, if they think that you have a serious problem, they'll talk to the police. Remember, stalking is a federal offense and is punishable by law.

Get him in front of a group of people your age and flat out tell him in a firm, but not shrieking voice that you aren't interested, and that you'd really appreciate it if he'd stop stalking you and lose your numbers, etc. If he can't do as you ask, then you'll really have to have some of your friends 'stalk' him! That's it, he'll beat it after that!

Avoid him in all ways possible. I had a guy who did this to me for ten years. We had to change our numbers. Me and my family because he called them to. I called the police many times but it did no good. He kicked my door in. Beat my new bf ***. I don't know what happened to him but i'm glad he stopped. Good luck
