hmm watever you learn from this learn that especailly if your like 13-14 there is no standard "size." Everybody hits puberty at different times. If a girl is going to feel your penis its only going to be because its become erect. And if your penis is erect its because she wants it to be. I mean especially if your her bf she will probably just grind her *** all over you really close and expect for you to push back against her. When you get one, if your with your gf let her know you have it by really grinding with her. If its not your gf then its your chance, either you leave it and she may get offended, or you tuck it and she may get dissinterested in you

Not that i'm sure you should be concerend about it, but i remeber how mad i was when people didn't answer my questions and only scolded me for inquiring, so i'll tell you. No, girls can't feel it, and like it doesn't matter. If you can feel a girl toughing your penis, then she's grinding way to hard and may want to steer clear of her. But don't worry about it, you might not even end up grinding and instead dance in a group with your friends, that's the best thing to do at dances anyway!

I have earlier than considering I consider it is only a dance, and no longer going to be something extra. If your boyfriend is the variety that will get jealous quite readily than I most likely would not.
