honestly, I don't remember the last time I threw up. While I'm not complaining cuz i hate throwing up, I'm beginning to wonder if maybe it's not such a good thing. Isn't vomiting a way of releasing toxins or something? so what does that mean for me if I don't ever throw up? Should I force myself the next time I do feel a little nauseous? I would absolutely hate to but I'm worried it might not be a good thing otherwise... any ideas would be appreciated. thanks.

well, you vomit because you have ingested something the body needs to purge or due to illness.

so, if you havn't thrown up, good!

your kidneys and liver will do the job of filtering and evacuating the toxins you may ingest.

When your body doesn't want something in your tummy sometimes you can't help it it just happens. Vomiting repeatedly over time can damage you esophagus and the enamel on your teeth. Once in awhile it won't hurt you though, by this I mean sickness such as stomach flu etc...

Lol. Believe it or not, some people go there whole lives without vomiting. No, vomiting is not necessary in any way to maintain health, except when the body needs to rid itself of poisons.

Don't worry about it!

It is a way of releasing toxins, but your body knows what toxins to get rid of. If you have to throw up, you will. Count yourself lucky. I vomit all the time!

Vomiting is just a way to get out all the food that didn't grind up in you stomach so it just pops out.Or when your haveing a stomach acke and it doesn't come out through the other end then you just barf it out. Then when you have to much acid in you stomach that might cause you to throw up or pop it out the other end.Hope I helped you with your question.

Try it out!
I was a case of migraine for some years. Whenever I felt one coming, I forcet myself to vomit, which relieved the symptoms considerably.
But that’s just me. I guess everybody has to find their own solution.
All I can say is: I have never suffered from vomiting in time.

If you can go your whole life without vomiting, you can probably honestly say that you've never done anything to anger God. Your body is your temple, your mind is your defense. Take an ex-lax and cast those demons out of the proper end.

If you swallowed something poisonous and the directions on the container said to induce vomiting, then it would be harmful not to. Of course, if you swallowed something poisonous, you'd need to call 911 anyhow. They'd give you something to help you vomit or pump your stomach.

I think you will vomit when you're body automattically does so. i say DO NOT force yourself to vomit. If your body ahd toxins in it, it would let you know. So, in my best advice, I would just tell you to let nature take its course. =) GOOD LUCK!!!
