Ahhh, poor baby; you're a "spinner." LOL. But really, there's not much you can do to increase height: it's mostly a matter of genetics. The only thing you can really do is maximize the height you have: so, don't get overweight, because then a big belly makes the spine curve; and if you stay nice and thing it will make you look a little taller. Any fraction of an inch of height gained by stretching you would do would go away wihtin a few minutes of walking around, do to spinal compression. For example: we are actually at our talles when we first get out of bed in the a.m.--by about a quater-inch.

Yeah, you probably won't be able to change much since it's genetic, and you might grow later, but give these tips a shot. First of all, you need to focus on your nutritional intake. Make sure to consume lots of calcium and most proteins. In my opinion, the best thing to take in this situation is cow's milk, which is loaded with all the stuff that you need to grow. Try to stay away from skim milk though; by that token, don't get carried away with drinking the milk since too much might make you fatter. But it'll give you a better chance of growing, and it's definitely better than those phony nutritional supplements that cost too much and often don't help a lot. Also keep in mind that you have a limited stomach capacity so whatever you eat ought to have some at least some nutritional benefit to it; also, don't get carried away with this and become a health-freak.
The next step is to at least try some stretches. I think there is a pose in Yoga in which you are lying on your back, reach forward with your arms, and bend upwards. Doing this for a long period and at increased times at each exercise may stretch your body out. It's worth a try, but nutrition is the key here.
To the previous poster: why do you call them spinners?

Nothing really but don't focus on your physical height - look at making yourself tall in wisdom and character. Great things come in small packages :-)

Your height is geneically deemed by the height of your parents and other relatives.
Personally, I am the tallest of all 3 of us "kids".
My brother was 5'7"; my sister 5'8" & myself at 5'9".
Our mom was 5'6" and dad was 6'0".
My youngest son, who is 21 yrs. old is 6'2"...but so was HIS dad.
Physical height has NOTHING to do with the achievements one can do. Please don't let STATURE limit your ABIILITIES!
