Kids at school are probably telling him they think you are hot and he doesn't want to hear it obviously since you are his mom. Don't have to change how you dress, maybe just watch showing off the goods when horny kids (aka any boy age 10 and up) are going to be around.

it wouldnt matter to me what i thought about the outfit or if every one else in the house was ok with it if my son had a problem with the way i was dressing then i would ask him what it is that he doesnt like and then i would fix it... he is 11 and chances are some kids at school has made fun of you or maybe even thought you were attractive and that is not fair to your son,,, you are a mom and for at least 7 more yrs he should be first and then when they are grown and out of the house if your husband thinks it hott then dress the way you want

It could be because the way others see you dress may result in other children at school saying unkind things to your son and therefore he is embarrassed because of this behavior. I would have a heart to heart with him to find out what exactly it is that makes him feel as he does. Don't push the issues but rather let him know when he is ready to talk about it that your always willing to chat and mean it. Children never forget even one little fib we as adults tell and will remind you of it when they are older.

Sounds Freudian to me. He's at the edge of puberty, he doesn't WANT you to look attractive because that means somethings 'wrong' with him.
You don't mention how old your daughters are that think you are cool. My six and seven year old think I'm cool when the fix my hair in seven even braids with gumball hairholders. Not a good measure of coolness.
If it really bothers your son, dress down for school. That's what you do for people you love. Dress up to go out with your husband, or if you go to your daughters' school, but help a brother out, eh?

I would give anything to be a mom who could wear a tummy shirt...ahhh memories...lol. But really, he might not be embarrased by you untill one (or more) of his friends noticed, and called you the "hot mom" You know how obnoxious boys that age are when they are together. I'll bet one of them told hum they thought you were hot, and it may have turned into a bit of a teasing match. Give him a little gift (a video game or something) and when he is in a good mood, bring it up gently, and explain that you care about his feelings, and want to know exactly what the problem is. Good luck, and I commend you on taking care of yourself. So many moms get lost in parenting and froget they are important too!

ok, im a 'teen' (that is such a dumb word, just saying) and i can see where your son is coming from; and im a girl.
Scinario A: you are dressing too revealing and YOU just don't think so.
Scinario B: the clothes you think are 'in' (btw, know one says that) really arn't.
Scinario C: his friends are saying your hot and hes really unconfortable with it. (yes, it actually does happen beleive it or not... about the friend thinking your hot thing.)
just ask him why, if he doesn't answere then really think about when you were a kid, and btw the times have changed and you adults really DON'T know where we're coming from. so put that into consideration...

If his friends think you are hot then yes, it will embarrass him. Not necessarily of how you dress or look but how others react to how you dress or look. Just try not to draw too much attention to yourself when you visit his school.

his friends are probably all remarking about how'd they'd like to pork his mom. they ask him if he can bring in some of your panties that haven't been washed, or maybe sneak a picture of you naked from the shower. How do you think that goes over with a kid? But that's ok, just keep dressing like that...if i ever see him i'll tell him how much i'd like to boink his mom.

Yeah all his friends will be teasing him saying he has a hot mum and there will be a lot of rude jokes about you. Just talk to him about it and tell him not to get so embarrassed by his friends.

Are you serious?? You wear a MILF tee-shirt to his school? No wonder he's embarrassed. I would be too. The kid wants a mom, not a hoochie.
