If they were able to auto withdraw from your account then your bank has contact info for the company. Tell your bank that some company made an unauthorized withdrawl from you account. Tell the bank this is a matter of theft/fraud and the responsibility is for the bank to investigate. The bank should thne act on your behalf and eventually put the money back in your account.

Steven P (first answer) is correct. There are specific rules the bank must follow when any debit is disputed. Its been a few months since my last annual course on the subject and it never comes up in the mail room. I can't tell you the specific rules, but I know the law is very specific.
