You only need to do a search on here to see how many people are having problems with IE7. The best thing to do is download Mozilla Firefox available from http://www.mozilla.com/ Its faster, more user friendly, easily customisable to suit your needs and no problems.

Use the Add/Remove programs panel to remove it. If that does not work, you need to do a system restore back to a time before IE7. I would suggest you use FireFox instead, it has all the IE7 features and more. You can also download a extension called IE Tab that will make Firefox behave like IE.

Many times problems with IE7 can be fixed by properly preparing before the installation, or sometimes after.
Toolbars, like Yahoo, Google, MSN, etc can be an issue.
Remove them all, then reinstall the ones you want.
That solves many issues.
You can also click the third box at the bottom right and disable the addons one at a time until you figure out which one is causing issues.
You can also customize IE7 somewhat using the tweaks at http://enhanceie.com
Failing that, go to Control Panel, add/remove programs and uninstall Windows Internet Explorer 7.
That should restore IE6.

Add /remove programs in control panel is the place to start, ensure there is a tick in the box at the top to show updates, then scroll right down until you come to "windows internet explorer 7", hit delete and you will be back with IE 6.
I would suggest that you consider your problems though, they are not problems of IE 7.
You might want to consider trying another browser even

Uninstall it (control panel/add remove programs)?
I am having problems with the new IE too... every time I open a new browser, or a link opens a new browser, it tells me the connection has been lost.
Also I dont find the nw interface as intuitive but it aint all that bad once you get used to it...

I had the exact same problems, all you have to do is go to add/ remove programs and uninstall it. I also suggest using Mozilla FireFox. It is much better and more secure. Here is a link http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/
