the necessity of probability - omnipotence in an unconscious state leaves this as the only possibility and reality that could exist throughout eternity without exhausting any concievable form of being --- the only side-effect of this for conscious beings is that it will feel like a dream, because the birth of consciousness is an illusion, but we all see ourselves has having a begining and an end when both are illusions - this is why we are seekers and dreamers (and it is all beautiful)

Sure. There's one that is very popular called the theory of evolution. I prefer to believe that we are the result of a countless set of circumstances that produced not only us, but the conditions for us to maintain our existence. It has probably occurred elsewhere in the universe and the life there may or may not be of the same level of intelligence. I would suggest to all people that even as far as we have come in our sciences and technology, we are still in our infancy as a species. We've been around for about 50,000 years on a planet that is about 4,000,000,000 years old. That's 1/80,000th of the age of our planet. Imagine how far we can advance in just another 1,000 years. My point is there really can't be another possibility except for the varying conditions elsewhere in the universe that can produce a diverse range of possible life forms.

There are theories of evolution and Abiogenesis (the correct term). However, these have significent scientific difficulties, not the least of which is the inability to replicate in lab conditions. See the link below.
Speaking specifically of life here on earth, there is the transpermia theory. That states that life started elswhere and seeded life on this planet, either by an alien speices or by chance using metorites as a transfer mechanism. Of course that gets into an Infinite Regression problem.

If it is more convenient to you, there is the theory of Big Bang.
A big explosion happened in the universe a long long time ago, billions of years according to some people. After a few billion years, the particles or huge particles settled down, and one of them is our planet. A few more billions or millions of years, life started on the surface of this planet as simple protozoa. Then some of them developed to a higher beings, and so on, until finally some of their descendants became monkeys. The descendants of those monkeys developed further and finally they became cave men. Several hundreds of thousands of years later, the descendants of those cave men started to learn to use simple tools and later modern human beings developed.
So it all happened by chance, no body designed or created it, and one day it will return to the ground or dust, and be recycled.
The other class of people look at the wonderful design in nature and inside their bodies, and concluded that we must have been created by a super inteligent being. This second conclusion is supported by a book compiled through inspiration by 40 writers living in different periods and environments. They unitedly said that there was a God who planned and created everything, and there is a glorious end to the seemingly chaotic, cruel and unexplainable contradictions.
So it depends on you to decide which is more logical to accept.

Extraterrestrial origins. Perhaps we once lived on Mars--it has been said that the atmosphere of Mars is composed of the same materials that will make up the earth's atmosphere with the pollution we cause in the world.
Or, lighting struck a group of organic compounds, causing abiogenesis to occur in a freak accident. Over time, this primitive being would evolve and diversify to more complex life forms....

50 billion years ago a wiggly thing came into contact with another wiggly thing then BOOM!!!! And now here we are.
Eph 3:9 And to make all men see what is the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by Jesus Christ.
Rev 4:11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honor and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.

I'm guessing anything you can imagine.
For the sake of discussion only, accept the fact that we exist..
Without God, it looks statistically possible that life arose as a random occurrance.
With God, then you could consider life arose as God willed it.
Could be too ,that God "allowed" things to happen at random as a cosmic experiment.
& so on & so on

Other possibilites are to believe a lie and be damned. The lie is that satan would have many to believe is that their is no God and that we evolved.
