So this kid asks me out and the next day at the very end of school I say yes even though my friend told me that he said all this stuff to her quote "i dont give a **** about her" (im her) and that he really likes her, but she doesnt believe him and he kept trying to get her to make out with him. and plus this kid has a really bad reputation. about everything. EVERYONE has told me to dump him, and he said that hes just going out with me to date somebody. but id jsut be going out with him to date somebody too, because I really want a guy and like somebodyt o talk to and a shoulder to cry on and that could be him, plus i feel lik ei have to prove to my ex and everyone else and especially me that im over my ex and this seems like the best way to do it.
should i keep going out with this kid or dump him right away?
oh yeah and i cant tell him that my friend told me that he tried to make out with her and stuff bcuz she wont let me and i care about my friendshi pwith her

Desperate are we?
Sweet heart you don't have to prove to ANYONE that you are over them. who cares!? you guys are done with and over with? Proving just makes it obvious that you still care and you're trying to "shove it" in their face that you are totally over them. Am I right?
This kid sounds like bad news and he justs wants to get in your pants. don't get with just any old one just cause you don't want to be alone. That's when we make our worst choices. Trust me I've been there and done that.
Be with someone for the right reasons. Be patient. The right one will come along. I promise.
But DUMP this guy and stop trying to prove yourself to your ex. You are just going to look desperate.

Never forget this, young girl; If some one do't respect you, he definitely don't deserve you, no matter what your feelings are for him, and even if you suffer now, you'll find some one far better later. You are a princess, and you deserve a prince (Not like a real one, but in a figurative sense). But really, you are worth way more than that.
You don't need to prove anything to any one. If you need a good friend, find one, and get the record straight at first contact. Respect yourself and demand it from others too. God Bless.

Dump the **** out of him. You don't have to prove anything to your ex. Belive me just act like you don't care that you and him are broken up and that will make him know what he is missing. If you need a sholder to cry on, cry on one of your friends' cuz they will make you feel better than a wanna-be bf!

Yes, dump him. He sounds like a huge jerk. Anyone who is going out with you just to date someone isn't going to let you talk to him or cry on his shoulder. And by dating him and his bad rep, you could get a bad rep too.
