dont eat, exercise like crazy, constant,,, jogging around your house,, jumping up and down,,,,, etc

Tough luck sweetheart. That's basically impossible unless you don't eat, but once you start eating again you will gain the weight back double, so it is not recommended.
Weight loss, can take long, and sometimes the diet plans are months long. Losing weight is a tough process, if your not willing to do the work or have the patience...then obviously it doesn't mean that much to you.

Work up a sweat. You can lose a noticeable amount of weight by dehydrating yourself. If it's for a competition or something like that, sweating, not drinking, and if you want to go as far as to take a laxative, that should get you down fast, but remember this is only Temporary.

Please do not listen to the people who told you to starve yourself. I had a friend who ended up in the hospital with an IV drip because she tried that. Cut down your carbs and eat more lean protein. You will loose excess water. Start to exercise and look at the process as a life style change and not a crash diet.

Ok don't listen to people telling you can do this by vomiting and stuff. That can kill you. This is dangerous besides the faster you lose it the faster you gain it back. you should lose it gradually it is healthier and there is less of a chance of you gainingit back.

One does not GAIN much, if at all, weight in one day. It slowly creeps on you. So how can one lose anything only in one day? With excersice and portion control, I managed to lose about 20 pounds in a few months. I have gained some of it back in a few months. Good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

drink loads of water to fill you up and excercise. The only way to lose weight is to be consistant over time, keep moderations small, eat healthy and excercise lots!

The best you can do to lose weight in one day is to not eat anything, only drink water, and go to the gym.

Avoid salty foods and carbonated beverages and you should lose a lot in water weight.

Well, if you want to drop a couple pounds in a day...dehydrate yourself and starve yourself. However, if you don't want to do anything detrimental to your health, you need a lot more time.
