dAMP is a short way of writing deoxy-AMP. Or, in other words, one of the hydroxyl groups on the AMP has been replaced with just a hydrogren. Because there are a number of hydroxyl groups on AMP, whoever is talking about dAMP will usually tell you which one is deoxy-ed. 2'-dAMP and 3'-dAMP are common ones.
