it could be since they will always try and analyze everything to its minute detail and will think they always have the correct answer since they have a diploma saying they are "experts" in the field. I dated a person that was taking phycology and it drove me nuts. The extreme rationalization was ridiculous sometimes.

Only way to get around it is stand your ground, if you are right and know you are dont back up in your beleive. Besides that dunno what else to say. Good luck

It depends is she a psychologist or seeing a psychologist. (LOL)
I think it would be hard to not get attached to patients and not take your work home with you. I know that some of them work only 3 or 4 days a week because of the burdens they carry. Even if they are to staydistant it is hard to counsel an abused child, a raped woman, a mn with no self esteem. I think you would haave to be really confident in who you are so you can make a better partner for who she is.

No, but it can really get irritating, because they will always try to be logical. However, since they're psychologists, you won;'t mind that much, and they'll always know how to make you feel better. Good luck.

It depends if he's always trying to figure you out all the time, like telling your feelings and thoughts now that would get very aggravating. But on the plus side his advice is free lol
