Ok im in 8th grade im 5 foot 9 and I way 160 pounds. Would DDR help me lose a few extra pounds?

Yes. I saw on ESPN that if you do difficult challenges for an hour, you can burn 1,000 calories in that hour. I did it once with my niece, for 45 minutes, and I was sweating like crazy and the next day felt like I had had a huge work out. My abs and legs were sore. I think it's a good work out.

Yes, DDr can help you lose weight only because it is an execise and any exercise is helpful in losing weight, but you can't juust do DDr. You need to eat a healthy diet with each food group represnted in its RDA for each day.

First of all you tiny skinny thing.. you dont need to be losing any wieght!!
but.... Yes, Ddr will REALLY shed the pounds, if you keep at it! just trying doing it alittle bit a day and you will certainly notice a difference... plus, its fun!

but you have to play like 15 songs to lose 800 calories.
so you have to play A LOT
