Ok i kinda sorta like this guy and he knows i like him but i'm not sure he likes me.he is realy shy and he doesn't have a girlfriend. what should i do? does he like me? should i make the first move? what is my first move? HELP!?!?!?!?

well, If you are aware that he is shy but you are sure he knows you like him, then the best thing you could do is find ways to make him comfortable with the idea of it all.
In other words, most shy guys are "shy" because they lack enough confidence in themselves to act out what they think or feel.
So, Just give him a small note just being kind and acting like a good friend at first. Like " I just wanted to say hello and see how your doing.Was thinking of you and wanted to know if maybe we could have a chat on the phone later".By giving him the freedom to be able to talk on the phone rather than right in front of you were his shyness will be over whelming is a good start.Once you break his silence problem a little you can then ask him his thoughts about how he thinks of you and if there is a possibility of more.Good luck!

To answer your question I need more info but I will try to help.
Don't rush things, give him a chance to make a move. I don't know how well you know him, if not that well try to be around him in group settings you can see how he acts before you let the cat out of the bag. It will also give him a chance to see how great you are. Keep your options open, don't spend all your time on him make sure that you pay attentions to others so, as not to seem desperate.

well yes when guys are shy, you may indeed have to make the first move. wear a Thong in front of him, if theres any chance he'll let cha know

bahh... if he knows you like him... i'm sorry, but it could be that he's just not interested. if he's that shy, ask him to help you with something, I doubt he'll say no!
When the time is right, sit down next to him, somewhere where you guys are alone. ask him if he likes helping you, then, close your eyes, maybe he'll kiss you.

well, you need to get him alone and express your feelings with him. tell him you just want to test the waters and try to get to know him alot better if he thinks he can handle you. you see the word handle and guys is like a dare, so go for it
