First of all, you should realize that it is not the same time everywhere in the world that it is where you live. When it is midnight where you live, it could be many hours different in another area. So technically Santa has a lot of time to do his important job. Also, on Christmas Eve, time itself seems to slow down (you HAVE noticed how long it seems to take to get to sleep that night, haven't you?) Whether this is a natural phenomenon or not, scientists have not been able to discover yet. So maybe, yes, there is some magic in there, as well. Merry Christmas!

Santa exists in a different time-area measurement from something of the international. For him, time does not flow. He has each and all the time interior the international, he not at each age, and he works all 12 months long (taking breaks as he sees in good shape). This temporal distortion reasons all his efforts to look on the mystical night of Christmas to something human beings mortals :)
