I just bought three expansions and two of them worked just fine. But when I installed Open for Business 2, it demands to have the cd all the time. So I tried playing the other expansions with their exact cd but they refuse to play without the Open for Business cd. The problem is there are four other people that want to play open for business in my house with four of their own computers. I don't understand why university and nightlife will work with just using the regular Sims2 cd and Open for Business won't. I just want to figure out a way to do this without buying more Open for Business expansions! Help please!

It's a form of copy protection. To make sure you aren't doing exactly what you're trying to do. Installing the game on more than one PC at a time is illegal.

If you want to be legal and not cart around the disk all the time, you'll have to purchase multiple copies.
