If you're asking about restaurants, i recommend a place called Bar Italia on College Street. If you're not into Italian food, College is probably your best bet anyway cause there are numerous reasonably priced restaurants there.
Maybe go check out the AGO or the ROM if you're into that kind of stuff

I think you should plan a romantic but inexpensive date. Being really thoughtful is really romantic. Like a picnic, plan it at your apt make the scenery as if your some where warm with dim lights and music playing. Talking to get to know each other is great also, i like to talk. Ask your date there dreams and admiration's, how were their childhood things like that.
