BTW, i'm against declawing, I dont particularly care approximately docking, i do no longer think of you need to crop ears except easily neccesary, and am for sterilization. and likewise, sterilization is far less risky for men than women. With women, it particularly is extra invasive. Sterilization for men ensures that they are going to be much less agressive and gets much less women pregnant. For women, in the event that they get pregnant, the international gets over-populated with cats/canines and there are extra strays etc. so sterilizing your puppy prevents the potential of much extra homeless animals which will stay a coarse, ravenous way of life. so which you're tremendously lots doing an enourmous prefer to the unborn. on the priority of cats, purchase a scratching placed up. each and every time they scratch the (insert furnishings here) spray them with water and yell at them. each and every time they use the placed up, compliment them and supply them treats. Cats are clever animals, they gets the thought tremendously quickly. conceal the backside of your (insert furnishings here) with double-sided tape. in the event that they attempt to scratch, their claws get caught. If this would not help get a nail clipper and clip their claws so as that they are very uninteresting and short. Declawing would not in simple terms take out the claws, however the completed te joint. additionally, if a cat have been to wander away or run away etc. it would not have the means to preserve itself or seize nutrition. in case you had to furnish the cat away, cats that already lived wiuth that guy or woman would assault it.

Your cat is not ignorant. And you can not train a cat to show affectionate behaviour. He is either comfortable with you or he is not. Accept your cat the way he is.

No advice here. If the cat doesn't want to be affectionate, you can't train him to be.
Bring your cat in 100% of the time to protect him and you may also find that he is more lovable. Responsible owners keep their cats indoors.

Stop letting him go outside. The more time he spends inside with you, the more you'll be able to teach him proper behavior and what is allowed in your home. Outside he can do anything, he sees no reason to believe the rules change inside.
