Only way to change is if the radio is compatible with both systems. Contact the dealer if a factory radio, or radio manufacturer if aftermarket to find out for sure if it's compatible. You can also look at the front of the radio, most will have the logo on the front of the radio. Some will show a "Sat radio ready" logo, most that have this logo are compatible with both services.
