Whilst both heroin and nicotine are very addictive, it is heroin that has to be the most hardest to stop. Nicotine can be life threatening over a long period of time, however, heroin can be imminently lethal. Both addictions are extremely difficult to overcome. But it has to be said that, invariably heroin is the worst of the two evils.

Heroin of course.. It's so easy to be addicted and the hardest one to give away.. And the most harmful one in drugs.. Nicotine is harmful as well but it's not short termed like heroin.. Whatever, both kills!

I think personally Heroin is more addictive although nicotine is cheaper and easy to obtain. Really you should consider leaving both of these substances alone.

Apparently gram for gram nicotine is far more addictive than heroin but i don't know if those statistics take into account how readily available nicotine is.

supposedly nicotine is more addictive than heroin but there seem to be more reformed smokers than reformed heroin addicts and I have never known anyone to steal or sell their body in order to buy cigarettes.
This makes me think that perhaps heroin is the more addictive of the two.

The nationwide Institute on Drug Abuse (NIDA) has stated that nicotine is the most addictive drug there is. the rather habit mechanism contained in the mind is almost equivalent to that of cocaine. there is, in spite of the undeniable fact that, a genetic illness some human beings have that cause them to metabolize nicotine a lot slower than maximum. This motives the nicotine aspect contained in the blood to proceed to be larger a lot longer. The result's amazingly equivalent to making use of a nicotine patch or gum to stop, in effortless words that is "equipped in". perchance you fall into this classification. or perchance you've been strongly inspired to stop. ninety 9% (my estimate) of a useful nicotine stop is psychological. BTW, I stop in would of 2005, so I understand. Bless your coronary heart and congratulations on your fulfillment.

I've known people addicted to both. They agree that nicotine is the hardest to quit.
