Believe me, i had tried all those products out there. They worked temporary means not really, then i ordered proactive. And it worked for me. And i am still using it. You should also give it a try.

I would have to say Neutrogena works the best .It got rid of my blemish/pimple right away. This is the product that I use Neutrogena Advanced Solutions acne mark fading peel. Its efficent and it really gets the job done and another plus its not irritating on the skin and it even gets rid of inflammation . The only real issue that I have with it ,doesn't smell to good ..But who cares as long as my blemish is gone thats all I care about :)

I use a liquified coverup from Avon to hide them and Neutrogena, as well as Noxema I find work really well. It depends on your skin type and how bad these 'blemishes' are. I'm fair, and I have sensitive skin, but Neutrogena works well with me.
Noxema is a little bit stronger but It works well.

The best acne product I have ever used is called clear.now -- it is better than proactive.
You can't get it in stores, but can order it at www.jewel.mychoices.biz
The site is a bit tricky to navigate but you can find the product easily by typing the word "clear" in the search field at the bottom right of the screen.

You will need to read the labels to determine the brand that suits your skin type. However, avoid any brands that contain alcholol and perfume. These make the skin dried.

None of them work. Birth control pills or the patch is very effective in curing acne.
