Well, I prefer to quickly evaluate what I know about her. In my mind, I want to determine if she is someone whom I'd really enjoy getting to know, or if she's just a lady whom I find to be physically attractive. Certainly, I MUST find her personally attractive, but there's gotta be more, and I've gotta feel that. I think meeting someone who fascinates on some level is a good gauge for whether or not it'd be worth it to show interest.

When I'm interested in a guy, I do look at them more than what is normal, so I guess eye contact kind of just happens. However, I would still wait for him to make the first move. I don't want to come off as desperate or needy, especially since I'm not. Not every girl makes the first move but easy girls will so it just depends on what kind of girl you're dealing with.
