i know the answer to this one, because, well, im a girl. It does really depend how intement you are with her, like if you have been together for a while, get her an electronic like an ipod or a camera. If you get an ipod for her, than put a sweet song in it, maybe, if you have one, you could put in your song. On the other hand, if you are not that intimant with her, you haven't been with her for long, or she already has everything i just said, just do something sweet and cute, like get her a card and flowers and jewelry, and take her out to a romanic dinner.

Don't get anything practical, or something she actually needs. Much better to get something she desires, a luxury.
It depends on how much you can afford, but you can get "experience vouchers", for things like balloon flights, weekends away, or a few laps in a Ferrari at a racing circuit.
