When im stressed out i try not to think alot to do that you can read watch the telivison maybe drink cofee or hot chocolate maybe tea or some soup and maybe take a bubble bath or talk to a freind that listens to you try not to overdo it though because that might not be healthy because you need excersise and nutriron if you stress goes in to depression or goes on for along time maybe you can consider a counsolor to help you deal with your feelings when my parents fought over custudy for me i had a counsolur and we were like best freinds i could told her anything you can talk to them when ever you want i hope you like thiss advice and arent always stressed if you have kids tell them you are under stress and will be in your room relaxing and have them not bug you so you dont get more frusterated and snap at them

I just hold on until it's over and then I do some things to relax.
I play some video games, write a little in my journal, read, take a shower. Maybe drink some hot chocolate. Listen to some music that makes me laugh. There's a song called 'Stress' that I just love, and it makes me smile.

Start reading a book of any topic that you like and it would make you forget what caused the stress to begin with.

well, 1st i put off a night all to myself, then i take a nice long bubble bath with only candles for light, slip into some comfy pjs, and try to forget everything im stressed about for a night. maybe watch a movie or sumthin

when im under stress i try to get my mind off of it . listen to music, go for a walk, talk to a friend, go to the gym even!
