Unless you've spent alot of time together... I would think she likes you more than like and it could lead to stronger feelings.
Ask her out if you haven't already. Invite some friends to see how she interacts and eventually, ask her on a date alone.

it's hard to tell. sometimes a girl herself doesn't know how serious it is. have you met this girl in 'real life' at all? because i don't believe you can love someone without meeting them.
chances are if she talks to her friends about you, though, she's atleast got a crush on you.

Could be either. My best friend's g/f and I have feelings for eachother and her friend told me about how they talk about me. I think it usually mean they like you.
