Personaly I like volleyball just because its been my thing and I love playing it. But if you want to run alot I would have to prefer Tennis.

i love both actually, but i can find someone to play tennis with me faster than i can find a partner to play full court volleyball.

volleyball has much more action and skils involved.
however, if you're a motivated person & run fast, then probably tennis.
they're both great sports but personally I prefer volleyball.

while volleyball is a team sport (WAY better) tennis gives you alone time, and a heck of a lot less pressure to be perfect. hard descision. i say volleyball, a challenge is ALWAYS fun!
