I care a great deal about global warming, In fact, my high school acting class has made it our goal to stop global warming. One of my friends told me that she didnt even think it was a big deal. i find that difficult to fathom.
If you are one of those people who dont care, i want to know why not. if you DO care, thats great, tell me your view.

Peace .Love. Oprah.

i think that's really great what you guys are doing! our high school is raising money to fight poverty and AIDS, by the way.

I believe in global warming too, but my aunt and uncle don't (i just posted a question on that 2 minutes ago) and we're trying everything we can to help the environment: I walk to and from school everyday, we recycle, my dad is thinking of getting a Hybrid, and i'm thinking that for Xmas, our whole house should uses nothing but candles all day, but it's just a thought.

Most of the data I have Sean is a lie. The main green house gas is CO2 and they are saying it has increased 30%,it has not. What is wrong that u start propagating a problem that may or may not be true. Be truthful and look for balanced data and don't be deceived. The CO2 to me looks stupid when u propagate a problem that is bad science clear through. Granted the world has burned a lot of fuels and so u wood expect it to go up. Well I have worked with CO2 and wore a monitor for years. I have not saw an increase ,where did all the CO2 go? Well in high school the teacher taught me about green plants and how they take in CO2 and give us back oxygen. Isn't that great , but is just the begining. In nature always look for complete life cycles. There is still more connected to CO2 ,after the CO2 accelerates the plant growth when the frost comes all the leaves etc. wash down the rivers to the delta where it deteriorates into oil ,gas, and coal. The only problem is where mother nature hides it . If there is not a CO2 problem there is no global warming.

I am one of those insensitive bastards who doesn't care one way or the other about Global Warming.

The main reason why I don't care about it is because it's not affecting me directly at this moment. I have too many other concerns that seem more immediate to me. My mom has no where to stay, because she's a crack using prostitute and nobody wants her around their kids. My little brother got killed in a fight with some guys who were trying to rape my mom. My sister is pregnant again, and has no idea who the daddy is. My dad is in prison, and will probably die there. I just got fired from my job. I have no High School diploma, and very little job skills. My girl friend is having an affair with her ex. On top of it all, we're about to get evicted from where we're living because we can't pay for the rent. And it's getting cold. And no one will let us stay with them. And my sisters kids are hungry all the time.
Crap, my life sucks. Good luck with saving the planet and all. Say hey to Opra for me. Hope she has a wonderful christmas.

My name is Rafael Lomena. I write from Alicante (Spain). I am independent investigator on the Accelerated Global Heating and want to share with all something that can turn out from interest to fight this phenomenon.
I believe that the main cause of the Accelerated Global Heating is in the great and increasing forest fires that are whipping to the planet in the last years.
My complete report is in: http://inicia.es/de/rlv/clim.htm
If they do not understand the Spanish they can use the automatic translator that will find in the main page of site:

Thanks to all.

Check your PLANETARY history. No, not just the past couple hundred years. Check out stories on core samples and you will see that "global warming" is merely the normal cycle of the planet. It will flex more and more as the wobble and angle of the axis changes.
Check out the history of Antarctica too. You'll see that the whole continent constantly changes size over thousands of years.

I care. In some ways living in an age where something so dramatic as this rise in temperatures is happening is quite exciting. Its challenging and interesting. On the other hand it is sad to see the effects it is having on the environment and the other species that we share this planet with. Only people who go around with their eyes shut and spend their lives in front of their computers could fail to see and feel the changes that are rapidly happening now.

I care about it.. It seems the current administration and GOP party could care less and seem to think it's all a farce.
