Call a recruiter, they know the codes, as some codes make you ineligible to reenlist. It's in a Regulation, which they have onhand, and keep updated.

That 3-digit code is acalled a "separation code." I don't have HSK in my code manual. I will say this, all the "H" codes are bad, bad juju. Actually most of the Letter ones are bad. Common Seps codes are 3-digit numbers.
I don't know what you did but it got you separated.
