what are the benefits apposed to rinsing in warm?

the benefits from rinsing with cold water is that it closes the hair cuticle and locks in moisture, this helps the natural shine, however do rinse with warm water first otherwise you will not get all the shampoo or conditioning products out!!

I study that once conditioning, you need to rinse your hair with chilly water. it relatively is meant to fasten in moisture. i all started doing that and it appeared to make my hair a tad softer. yet of direction i attempt to easily get my hair decrease than the chilly water and not something - I hate chilly showers! haha

When u rinse your hair in cold water, your hair becomes more stiff and is harder to brush. this is many times the cause of split ends.

if you rinse your hair in warm or ,hot water it opens the oil glands in your hair witch makes it oily and if you rinse with cold it don't open the oil glands in your hair

there really isnt a difference. you never hear someone say "Oh your hair is not shiny because you failed to use warm water"
