Talk to him as a friend. You have to wait for him to make a move, then tell him politely that you're sorry and you don't like him. Tell him that he's a great person and a fun guy to hang around with, but tell him that you won't be his girlfriend.

Remember the golden rule and be kind to him. Let him know that you are flattered but that you are just not interested in him.
Then, keep it to yourself and do not blog about it or tell your friends. If you liked someone what reaction would you want?

Has he expressed his feelings? Then tell him how you feel. Otherwise there will be misunderstandings and feelings hurt. He won't be hurt if you tell him you honest feelings, maybe disappointed, but not hurt.
Do you just suspect that he likes you? Let it go. Maybe you misunderstod his flirts, which probably aren't that serious anyway.

flirt with another guy and just show that you're interested in other people. hopefully that will work. or u can "go out with him" but not really and act like a ***** looking at other guys arses and stuff... maybe then hell get the hint... :p

tell him straight up that you dont like him before things start to get bad becuase when that happens its hard to get them away from you or give him a chance whatever you think is better
