I thought it was "O-Cell Carcinoma, or something like that.

Doc8 is correct it is oat cell carcinoma or sometimes referred to as small cell carcinoma. The reason for the name is under a microscope it resembles oat meal. This is an extremely agressive and deadly cancer, and is a great reason to stop smoking if you do so.

It's lung cancer-because you are inhaling the smoke thorough your lung and are damaging them with each inhale.
