well,
the food u eat causes obesity and how much food u eat.
u dont have to stop eating all junk food just eat a little bit!
if you get hungry just eat some fruits,veggies,or something healthy!
to get into more detail u can talk to your doctor 4 info on your diet and exersize!
exersize is a good way to burn off fat !
