Rev 1:1
Jehovah gave it to Jesus, who gave it to the angel, who gave it to John.
It is Jehovah God's Revelation.
1 A revelation by Jesus Christ, which God gave him, to show his slaves the things that must shortly take place. And he sent forth his angel and presented [it] in signs through him to his slave John,

John the revelator, concludes the Bible with the Revelation of Jesus Christ, indeed...
The book of Revelations was concluded, not the Bible. In any case, it is interesting that IF Revelations was "the end" of the Bible, that the Protestants then "took away" from the Bible, prepared in its entirety by the Holy Roman Catholic Church. Don't lie to yourself, you can't have it both ways.

The Book of Revelation, also called Revelation to John or Apocalypse of John is the last canonical book of the New Testament in the Bible. It is the only biblical book that is wholly composed of apocalyptic literature. The book is frequently called "Book of Revelations" or simply "Revelations"; however, the title found on some of the earliest manuscripts is "The Apocalypse/Revelation of John," and the most common title found on later manuscripts is "The Apocalypse/Revelation of the theologian" The first sentence of the book, The Revelation of Jesus Christ ... unto his servant John, is also sometimes used as a title.
After a short introduction (ch. 1:1–10), it contains an account of the author, who identifies himself as John, and of two visions that he received on the isle of Patmos.

John wrote the book of Revelation while being held prisoner on the Greek Island of Patmos. He was alone, sick and starving, so it is not surprising he hallucinated all that stuff.
Most Christians belief it was written under divine guidance.
A lot of people also try to read too much into the imagery of the book.
If anyone is interested in the book of Revelation, I know that Jehovah's Witnesses have a book all about Revelation. When they came to my door once I did take a copy. It had a hard back red cover. Of course, I am sure it is biased to their belief, but it was an interesting book but it still did not convince me that there is a God...Hold on...I will try and find it and give you the full title...........
...........Aaaaaah! here it is...the title of the book is 'Revelation. It's Grand Climax at Hand'

It is the Revelation of Jesus Christ presented by His messenger (angel) to John. (Rev. 1:1) It was to be sent to the seven churches in Asia (pronounced Ah-see-ah) which were in, what is today, western Turkey.
