It depends. Because muscle weighs more than fat a very athletic person (girl) at 5'4 could weigh 150 and only have like 10% body fat. I girl i cheered with in HS was a gymnast and she had to lie about her weight all the time. She wasnt fat at all, she was just athletic and strong. A healthy body weight for someone 5'5 would be anywhere from 120-160.

It really depends on your activity levels. If you are an athlete, or participate in another activity that requires a lot of movement or lifting, you may very well be more than the "standard" weight.
I think it really depends more on how you look and feel rather than what the medical community deems as a good average for the entire human race.

a persons weight is not black and white. ur age and bone structure are also taken into the picture. u don't say what u weigh. what u eat and what type of exercises u do r very important in weight managment. there r scales that r available for averages but the next time u r at the dr. ask he/she what they think about ur weight.
