This has happened to me before, it is not itchy or painful, it is just there. and laster after few day or two, the pimple will chage color to white and then get red and become small. what is this.

Sounds like HPV. See a doctor.

I'd have to see it for know for sure, but it's possible that it's a burn of some sort (such as from hot soup or something else hot), or it could even be a cold sore or a canker sore. I very much doubt it's the latter two, as those would last longer and be a bit more painful.
If I were you, I'd have a doctor look at it just to make sure it's nothing communicable.

Bad oral hygiene. Use 50 % percent solution of Hydrogen Peroxide and plain water. Gargle with it. (acts as a debrider) and also soak your tooth brush in 1 ounce of 100 % percent peroxide soulution. ( about 1 oz (ounce) approxiamately a shot glass will do) But let the toothbrush air dry everyday.

This may not be a pimple at all. It could be an abscess from an infected tooth. Go to the doctor asap just in case.
