Oh, and he ate 4 amd left 1 last year. He must have like them because there was only one cookie left out of 5 and no milk was left. Sounds likle a math problem.lol

Definitely cookies! Santa loves them and looks forward to them--make sure you leave him some milk too! My kids are leaving out reindeer food this year, too. We take oatmeal, puffed rice cereal and mix it together with some glitter (so the reindeer can see it in the moonlight) and sprinkle it on the ground outside on Christmas eve!

when santa got to my house last year he left me a note saying that he was just to full to eat my cookies he said some really sweet kids left him 5 of the best cookies he has ever eaten and they were so good he could only eat 4 of them and drink the glass of milk... he must have come to my house rite after yours.. since he liked them so much i would say leave him another glass of milk and cookies again...

Well Santa likes cookies, but he also likes fruit too, so sometimes it is nice to leave that. Maybe a bottle of water for the road too.
Don't forget carrots for the reindeer!

Milk and cookies tends to be Santa's favorite, but if you want to mix it up a little instead you could leave brownies and eggnog. Also don't forget the reindeer, leave them some carrots!

Leave cookies again. He obviously likes them! And of course, the milk. You might try leaving some carrots for the reindeer. We have always done that. I think a lot of people forget to leave something for them.

I think Santa likes Rice Crispy Treats! He gobbled them at my house and nothing was left. :)
But if all else fails, the cookies are still a good idea. That's what we are leaving, along with Carrot Cake. Um, that might be dad's idea, but we will go with it!

leave out a bowl of water for the rudolph and in the middle of the night take some red food coloring and drop it in so it will look like rudolph got his nose in the water...or leave some carrots out for reindeer
