The car is an Escalade. They are already toying with the idea, but I just want to make sure. Any ideas for good arguments?

If that's the car you really want, you should have started with a much more expensive car like a benz and work your way down to an eski. Its like how a little girl want a cat but starts off asking for a pony. Parents tend to negotiate for a cheaper item. Make sure you kiss the deal by washing their cars, doing extra chores, getting good grades and of course talking to them with respect.
