I hate nightmares.
Check your bed or chair and make sure there is nothing that is shaped like a horseshoe that you maybe laying on.

It could be anything from cancer to an allergy to ringworm to a minor dermatitis to a thousand other things. If it concerns you, make an appointment with a dermatologist and have it checked out.

Ringworm. A fungus. Go to the doctor. Highly contagious and may spread.

You might have a ringworm. Get that checked. It kinda made me itch just thinking about it. Sorry.
