i also have a program called zango that will not let me remove it some one please give me some suggestions tried everything i know

i can only get certain things on yahoo i try too much and it freezes or kicks me out

zango is spyware, you need to get rid of that first. you may want to tyr spybot search and destroy and adaware se , these are both free and very good

Zango is a spyware program. Download Windows Defender from www.microsoft.com and use it to scan and remove bot zango and any other spyware programs you have. Then get yourself a good firewall and protect your PC from any other hack.
Getting rid of this should cure most, if not all, of your problems. Also check your Internet security settings as if they are set too high they may prevent you from downloading stuff and accessing some sites.

Visit an anti-spyware forum, post-haste, for help with removing Zango. Two that I've worked with are AumHa.org and spywarewarrior.com. There are plenty of others around, though.
Getting rid of Zango may actually solve your other problems. Just as likely, once you've told the forum helpers what's happening they'll be able to help with the other issues as well as Zango.
Just be patient and follow any instructions from the helpers to the letter ... that helps them to help you better. Best of luck.
