I pulled the old motor & replaced it with one that a buddy of mine had. His was a basic "short block"... Now, being the genious that I am, & removing everything, I need to "finish" it up so I can start it, but I can't figure out all of the hoses...

Many times, there will be a sticker under the hood to show the vacuum routing diagram. If the label is gone, you can have the dealer order you one if it's still available, or you can find a good repair manual and it should have it in there.

Mark B is correct.
Check under the hood above the grill by the hood latch, or a good repair manual should have it.
