En espérant que tu te portes mieux. Sincères amitiés. The french for "I love you" is: Je t'aime. But this is usually used only in situations between family members or lovers, not friends. (Members of the intimate circle) For this case, I would guess that, "Sincères amitiés" is better suited. (What is interpreted by the receiver here is: well meaning and honest expression of friendship) You could also use: Amités (friendships) which is also an expression of affective appreciation. Both "Amitiés" and "Sincères amitiés" are meant for familiar contacts, people who are not strangers to one another or have solid friendships. If the recipient of the message is a man/guy and you have exchanged french traditional greetings before, these consist of exchanging 2, 3 or 4 kisses on the cheeks, then you can replace the "Sincères Amitiés" with "Bisous", but I would not recommend it if you don't have a long standing deeply bonded friendship or if you never met. The same applies if you are addressing the message to a woman/girl. If you can't choose, send me a message with more context/background information and I'll adapt the message to your needs.
