i am a sophmore and my school gave out the PSAT i got the 25th percentile is that good or bad what does it mean??

It's not great. It means that your grade was better than 25% of the other people who took the PSAT that year... but that also means 75% of the people scored better than you. Back to the books, honey.

(Unless they've flipped it recently, and they're telling you that you're in the top 25%? Read the fine print on the score sheet carefully just in case, but I doubt it. When I took it 10 years ago, I was in the 98 percentile, and that was good, so I doubt they've suddenly changed how they report it.)

Tutoring, learning center, testing for learning disabilities? Some public libraries have people on staff to tutor or help you. Or more studying?

Everyone learns in different ways. You have to discover what works for you.

that means that if 100 people took that test, you ranked 25th... technically that means that you are at the top of the bottom quarter... sorry, not good.
